At Compass Community Collaborative (C3), we deeply appreciate your support in helping us fulfill our mission to provide housing support and services for neuro-diverse and intellectually developmentally disabled (IDD) adults in Michigan. We strive to maintain transparency and accountability regarding donations and transactions made through our website.

Donations

General Policy 

Donations made to Compass Community Collaborative (C3) are generally non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, funds are immediately allocated to support our programs and services, making it challenging to process refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

The donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount).

Technical issues occurred during the donation process, leading to unintended charges.

Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of a payment method.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date using the contact information provided below.

Event Registrations

If you register for a paid event or workshop hosted by Compass Community Collaborative (C3) and need to cancel, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund but could be considered for credit toward a future event.

Memberships

If you purchase merchandise through our website, refunds or exchanges may be offered in the following cases:

  • Items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error.

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 30 days and will make every effort to resolve your concerns promptly.
