CANTON OAKS NEURO-INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY

"Let your dreams be your compass, and we'll help you navigate the journey."

Why Build a Neuro-Inclusive Community?

Are you a parent or guardian worried about your loved one's future after you're gone?

With a national housing shortage and a growing desire for independence among IDD adults,

Three Oaks Communities and Compass Community Collaborative (C3) offer a solution.

Canton Oaks is a neuro-inclusive community of privately owned "Forever Homes" in Canton Michigan that provides safe, supportive housing,  while C3 offers training and guidance to prepare individuals for independent living.

Vision

At Compass Community Collaborative (C3), we envision a world where neuro-diverse individuals have equal opportunities and support to lead independent fulfilling lives, contributing actively to, and within their communities.

Future developments include exploring local IDD work opportunities (suitable for varying levels from vocational to competitive employment) within walking distance from Canton Oaks.

Our Values

Every day, we will strengthen the bonds of our neuro-diverse Canton Oaks community, empowering each member, by unlocking their potential and inspiring their dreams. We foster family involvement, and support members physical and emotional health, regardless of the challenge.
