"IDD Independent Living, Supported by Community"
Securing the Future for Adults with IDD
Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) deeply desire independence, but a national housing shortage leaves many families facing an uncertain future. Compass Community Collaborative (C3/Compass) bridges this gap. By partnering with parents and guardians, we provide the strategic guidance needed to navigate the transition process, empowering individuals with IDD to achieve independent living to lead fulfilling, connected lives in their greater community.
Vision
At Compass , we envision a world where neuro-diverse individuals have
equal opportunities and support to lead independent fulfilling lives,
contributing actively to, and within their communities.
Future developments include exploring local IDD work opportunities.
Our Values
Every day, we will strengthen the bonds of our neuro-diverse community with the greater community, empowering each member, by unlocking their potential and inspiring their dreams. We foster family involvement, and support members physical and emotional health, regardless of the challenge.
