"IDD Independent Living, Supported by Community"
Why Build a Neuro-Inclusive Community?
Are you a parent or guardian worried about your loved one's future after you're gone?
With a national housing shortage and a growing desire for independence among
Intellectual Developmentally Disabled (IDD) adults,
Compass Community Collaborative (C3/Compass) offers training and guidance to prepare individuals for independent living and full lives in a neuro-inclusive community.
Vision
At Compass , we envision a world where neuro-diverse individuals have
equal opportunities and support to lead independent fulfilling lives,
contributing actively to, and within their communities.
Future developments include exploring local IDD work opportunities.
Our Values
Every day, we will strengthen the bonds of our neuro-diverse community, empowering each member, by unlocking their potential and inspiring their dreams. We foster family involvement, and support members physical and emotional health, regardless of the challenge.
